What is a Pupil Leadership Team?

Our Pupil Leadership Team is group of pupils who are elected to represent the views of all pupils and work together to improve our school. We follow a democratic process to elect the Leaders.

We believe that offering genuine leadership opportunities can help build a stronger school community and empower pupils. These activities contribute to the sense of pride pupils feel about their school and enable them to develop leadership skills in preparation for life beyond school. There is a huge range of opportunities for students to become leaders, represent their peers and contribute to the school community.
