Nursery Information
Northgate Nursery welcomes children aged 2-4 years old. We aim to offer a high quality, safe and stimulating environment.
Session Information
Opening times and hours for the Nursery are:
- 8am – 5.15pm
- Monday – Friday
- All year round (We close for 1 week at Christmas & Bank Holidays)
We offer morning, afternoon or all day sessions:
- Morning: 9am – 12pm
- Afternoon: 12.30pm – 3.30pm
- All day: 9am – 3.30pm
The Nursery offers a Breakfast and ‘After 3.30pm’ club from 8am until 9am and/or 3.30pm until 5.15pm.
For children staying all day a hot lunch or packed lunch can be provided at an additional cost of £2.65
Session Prices
The hourly rate for our sessions are:
- 2-year-olds – £6.00 per hour
- 3/4-year-olds – £5.50 per hour
Fees must be paid through our online payment system, ‘MCAS’
We also accept payment through Tax Free Childcare and Fair Care vouchers.
Nursery Uniform
Our uniform is not compulsory. However if you would like your child to wear our nursery polo shirts, jumpers or cardigans, they are on sale at South West Schoolwear.

If you would like to apply for a place at Northgate Nursery, please complete an application form (click here) and return to Miss Abi Criddle via email or post. Alternatively you can return completed applications to the school office.
