Enrichment

At Woolavington Village Primary School, we strongly believe that learning extends well beyond the classroom. The enrichment we offer is tailored to the needs and interests of our pupils and provides opportunities for extra-curricular engagement across the curriculum. We strive to ensure that we are equipping our children with the experiences, knowledge and cultural capital to succeed in life. In addition, enrichment activities and events are in place to further develop the provision of spiritual, moral, social and cultural education as well as the promotion of British Values. Extra Curricular Enrichment Clubs 2024 to 2025

As well as our broad offer of after school clubs, all children also receive a half-termly Enrichment Afternoon as part of our rewards system that is explained in our Behaviour Policy. At the end of each half term, children have a choice of over seven, different enrichment lessons to attend that afternoon. This could be anything from cooking, to sports, art or even seasonally themed activities.
