How to Book

If you would like to book our 3G pitch, please send an email to schoolhire@futuralearning.co.uk

A member of the team will get back to you within 72 hours. Please note we only take block bookings on this pitch of 10 or more sessions. No single sessions can be booked unless it is an extra session for an existing customer.

Once you have been given availability you will need to complete the booking form below:

Final Stages

Please return all completed forms and relevant paperwork to

schoolhire@northgateprimaryschool.org.uk

You must have a meeting with our Site Facilities Assistant, prior to using the pitch for the first time. An appointment will be made for you once the booking is confirmed.

Access to the padlocked 3G pitch is available via keys in the key safe. You will need the keys to access both sets of gates and to turn the floodlights on if applicable. Within your confirmation email, you will receive the key safe code and instructions. Please note the keycode changes at times and CCTV is in operation at all times.
