Over 40 primary and secondary colleagues celebrated after passing their early career teacher (ECT) induction period.
Their achievements were recognised at a graduation event held at Clevedon School, where they received certificates, heard case studies, and listened to an inspiring talk from Futura’s CEO, Gary Schlick.
Throughout the two-year induction period, the ECTS benefited from a Futura-coordinated training and support package and passed a series of formal assessments and progress reviews to evaluate their effectiveness.
