“Teaching has always been my passion, but after university, I took a different career path and spent eight years working in HR. While I enjoyed my role, I have always felt drawn to education and knew that one day I wanted to be in the classroom, directly impacting students’ learning and confidence.

The PGTA route allowed me to gain hands-on experience while continuing to earn, making it the perfect way to transition into teaching.
