Our school improvement model is comprehensive and effective, helping all our schools achieve high standards for their pupils. We deeply understand each school’s strengths and weaknesses through activities such as line-managing headteachers, conducting fortnightly visits, organising achievement visit days, carrying out SEND reviews, and analysing data. This knowledge enables us to provide appropriate support to each school.

The support we give comes mainly from the skills and expertise of those already within our family of schools. This includes headteachers offering weekly assistance to others, teachers relocating to help in more vulnerable areas, leaders delivering training throughout the trust, and business staff offering specialised advice to colleagues.

In recent reports, Ofsted recognises the effectiveness of the trust’s school improvement support.
