I am honoured to be the headteacher at the new Chandag Primary School, Nursery and Preschool which opened in September 2023 following the merger of the infant and junior schools. We are a large two form entry school for children aged 2–11. We are fortunate to occupy an extensive site which is part of the Wellsway estate and we are a Futura Learning Partnership school.

We provide an engaging and inclusive curriculum which enables all of our pupils to develop a love of learning and to prepare them for the next stages in learning and for their future lives. We aim to provide an enriched curriculum that seizes opportunities to take learning outside of the classroom and to enable our children to broaden their experiences.

We value our partnership with parents and believe that we can provide the best for our children and their learning when we work together.
